There are two days each month when the full moon is nicely available for photos that include the landscape…because the sun is nearly up or nearly down or just down.
I got lucky the first morning in Yellowstone (because I’m not usually up that early!), and caught it on the rise.
So I tried to make sure we were near someplace photogenic that evening when it went down. That’s not a toughie in Yellowstone. Even with the roughness from constant wind, Lake Yellowstone provided a small glimmer.
And just the perfect clouds for a bit of interest! TJ
Yep, I’m just the world’s luckiest guy, Trudy!
